At Canadian Eco Prefab, our mission is to deliver fair and affordable housing solutions across Canada. We believe the answer to the housing crisis lies in low-cost, factory-assembled homes that can be easily transported and set up.

Our first offering is an off-grid style cabin — a sustainable oasis designed for two, comfortably suited for a family of four, and capable of sleeping up to six. As we grow, we will continue to develop larger modular units to meet the diverse needs of Canadian families.

We are proudly established in Oshawa, Ontario, a strategic location with excellent transportation access, including Highways 401 and 407, rail connections, and the Port of Oshawa.

Led by our founder and CEO, Keith Hutchinson, Canadian Eco Prefab takes a proudly all-Canadian approach. Our engineering partners are based in Toronto, Ontario, while production and assembly are carried out in Oshawa, Ontario. We are committed to building tiny homes that exceed Ontario’s housing regulation standards.

Our team understands the needs of today’s housing market and is dedicated to delivering high-quality, eco-friendly, and fairly priced homes—engineered and manufactured right here in Ontario, Canada.

We are currently opening our first-round production intake of 65 units. Our initial model is an off-grid style cabin—a modern oasis designed for two, recommended for a family of four, and capable of sleeping up to six.

This fully equipped tiny home includes all essential amenities: a heat pump (heating & A/C), refrigerator, stove, island bar, living area, dedicated sleeping space, large windows, and sliding glass doors. Optional add-ons are also available to suit individual preferences.

Looking ahead, we will expand into the larger modular housing market, offering full-size homes to meet the growing and diverse housing needs of Canadians.
